Mixed use redevelopment of a site in Ringwood Town Centre Conservation Area.  A former toy shop with a residential flat and large ancillary buildings to the rear occupied a prominent and valuable location in Ringwood.  The existing building fronting Christchurch Road was recognised as a heritage asset and was adapted to create a shop, a duplex office suite and a first floor flat.  The rear of the site shared a boundary with Woodstock Lane and a terrace of four new cottages was configured to present a frontage to the lane with appropriately scaled, modest, articulated building forms to add to the character of the Conservation Area. The scheme won a Certificate of Merit Award from The Ringwood Society.
