The adaptation of an C18 Grade II Listed water mill on the River Avon to create a wedding and private party venue.  Accommodation is arranged over four floors which had proven to be a commercial problem for previous restaurant operators.  The internal arrangement was reviewed, historic fabric assessed and proposals developed to allow the building to be used for multiple functions simultaneously.  The insertion of a lift provided access for all users to the upper floors where ceremonial and dining functions take place. An adjoining brick and slate outbuilding was also restored and re-modelled to provide an on-site office suite for the business owner.
